Teamwork

Collaboration with alignment — we pull in every perspective, trust each other to speak up, and build together.

Over the years of building and leading distributed teams, I’ve learned to cherish a small set of values that consistently shape how we work and what we can achieve together.

Strong systems are built by strong teams.

We value working together — and knowing when to work independently. We figure things out collaboratively, pulling in as many perspectives as the problem requires. We value every opinion, not because all ideas are equal, but because insight often comes from unexpected places.

We communicate openly and often. We share context, ask for feedback early, and trust each other to speak up when something doesn’t feel right. Teamwork isn’t about consensus; it’s about alignment and trust.

And when teams trust each other, something powerful happens: people start growing — not just the systems, but themselves.
